One Sunday we visited a site where a Lutheran fellowship group met. The location is typical -- most small churches do not have buildings like those pictured above. They rent public school class rooms for Sunday service. The Lutheran group we visited was one of 12 religious groups meeting that Sunday in the same school! Fortunately, there was a patio in the middle, and the classrooms formed a square around the patio. But still the sound of the various services was deafening! Drums and shouting and singing and loud prayers! We were amazed! This was really SIDE BY SIDE!
